Our research revealed that traders, especially in emerging markets, struggle with limited access to credible mentorship, trading communities, and unreliable performance validation.
New traders find it hard to grow without trusted guidance, while skilled traders lack transparent systems to showcase results and sustainable ways to monetize their expertise. This creates a cycle of inaccessibility, mistrust, and missed opportunities across the trading ecosystem.

The platform combines trading, social interaction, and gamification, three systems that could easily overwhelm users if not handled with clear hierarchy and intuitive navigation. Through iteration, I learned that guiding users with clear visual cues, consistent interaction patterns, and progressive disclosure helps keep the experience approachable even for beginners.
Another key insight was how trust and transparency drive engagement in fintech platforms. Traders are more likely to participate actively when performance data, reward systems, and rankings are communicated clearly.
Lastly, the process reinforced that a community-driven product thrives when users feel seen, heard, and rewarded, making human connection just as important as functionality.
